Fabiola's Spaghetti House & Deli brings red sauce back to Madison's historic Greenbush neighborhood.
The Greenbush was once home to a tight-knit, diverse community of Italian and Jewish immigrants and African American families. A stretch of Regent Street had so many Italian restaurants that the corner at Park was nicknamed "Spaghetti Corners." Our menu picks up where those "spaghetti houses" left off — Sunday gravy, chicken Vesuvio, spaghetti and meatballs, steaks, chops, and the Italian-American classics.
Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday.
